Forest and the entire Otis Roofing team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. These guys were extremely quick, responsive and friendly. Best part... I left for work one morning and came home to the sleekest roof in the neighborhood. Cleanup & everything all done before sunset. Could not recommend these guys enough!
When I initially contacted them they were responsive - promptly came and sent a quote. After I paid, the lack of communication began. I had to reach out for a start date. I was given one but the crew showed up one day before the given date without any prior notice. I found out they were in my backyard when my dog was barking and growling.
