I hired Otis to paint the interior of my Father in Laws house (that we are getting ready to rent) after I fired the painters that painted the exterior. The exterior painters didn’t prep at all, and I had to have them redo numerous places. The house is 70 years old and hadn’t been touched for 40 years. Otis came out the next day and gave us a quote. Otis provided excellent customer service from the initial walkthrough and bid all the way through until the end of my project. He did a very good job communicating and he and his team were extremely thorough and delivered high quality work. He paid attention to detail and the prep work the crew did before painting made a world of difference in the finished product. Otis Merry and his crew painted the exterior of our 1937 house which has a great deal of architectural detail. Otis and his crew were professional, meticulous and timely from start to finish. Otis discussed the various pros and cons of the paint options to consider and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to color.
