When I called Otis on a Saturday the technicians arrived in less than an hour and troubleshooted the issue very quickly. They returned with the parts and now we are cooling. The communication during the service call was the best. We were sent a text and email that the service man was on his way with his picture and name, very professional in my opinion. I wouldnt hesitate to call Otis again. Thank you Otis!
Here when they said they would arrive, did the job quick, respectful, and friendly.
