Update March 2026: Well this time our AC was broken, but called Otis and they were here next day, and did a great job, as always! And very competitive prices too! We still highly recommend! WOW! Amazing service and honesty! Thank you Otis for the lightning fast response time and a good price too! We're warm and toasty again! Definitely highly recommend Otis!
Otis is one of a few A/C and heating services local to our area. I moved into the area in 2017 and 2 times in the past, I called their competition and both times had great results. So fast forward to a couple weeks ago. My A/C started acting up. So I got on Google, and looked for local A/C outfits. Called the first number that came up because that's what I'd done in the past.
