I really recommend this place. The staff are always nice, professional and on time. The place has a relaxed vibe. And honestly Michelle is giving the best haircuts I've had in a long time. I don't ask for anything fancy or crazy, just a basic men's cut (and I usually just say something like, "Whatever you think will look good"), and whatever Michelle does makes me look great. Thank you, Michelle!
Was lucky enough to walk into Otis & Fins today and get lined up before heading out. Such a cool spot with a great vibe and an even better team. Super welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fresh cut in long island city.

I've been coming here since I moved to the city and to say that Otis and Finn is merely a dependable and friendly establishment is a gross understatement. Especially the Court Square location. Kirk (owner) is a dream and the entire crew are so incredibly pleasant. You simply feel good when you walk in, and that is something that has not reduced since my first appointment in 2022.
