Please stay away from doing business with Otis. In my experience they were misleading on the phone, did not give accurate information, and never corrected it when I followed up. I was billed an absurd amount of money for a problem that was not fixed, and when I called to complain they were rude, dismissive, and took about a week just to respond.
Hands down, no questions about it. Otis is the best their is. It's derived from their top notch, extremely skilled and professional mechanics trained in the very higest of industry standards. From maintenance needs, to shut downs, entrapment and major repairs. Servicing both elevators and escalators, while maintaining #1 in safety. Fantastic reasons behind Otis being the global leader for elevator needs. Otis is #1!
Driver almost caused an accident on 63rd st going onto 355
I would give 0 stars if I could. The repairmen at this company have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Have been out to the high rise I live in MULTIPLE times the past few months (so many times-I’ve lost track). Yet they keep breaking down- sometimes the same day that the repairs were done!!! Total incompetence by Otis and unsafe for the residents that live here. This company must think it’s name is the selling point. I would stay far away from this company. The name is not worth it.
