A company vehicle park and block another company business. Unprofessional.
Otis Elevator Company charged $3600 for 45 minutes that it took to get my son out of a stopped elevator. The tech billed 3 hours! Don’t trust them! Call the fire department instead
HORRIBLE. My new apartment complex uses their elevators. I've been here less than two months and the main elevator has broken about 8 times. On Monday it broke again and they put up a sign saying it won't be repaired until MAYBE Friday. I live on the 5th floor with small dogs that can't use the stairs. There are quite a few elderly people up here as well. DO NOT USE OTIS ELEVATOR COMPANY.
My company uses Otis for our hotel elevators. Unfortunately their equipment is proprietary, so it is difficult to find a competitor who will do a better job. As a result, they have very little motivation to deliver good service.
