This company is so hard to communicate with. Trying to call customer service is like calling an empty line the is just white noise for background noise. They answer and then don’t speak! Trying to get assistance is like pulling teeth. Could you actually have a phone line that answers and doesn’t say “I’ll send in this request” the local rep will call you—- who then NEVER calls you.
