Don't own an elevator, never worked on an elevator, don't rent a building with an elevator. Had some old elevator lube and other maintenance stuff. Sabrina helped direct me to an email where I could get info on it. Awesome phone customer service. 10/10 Actually might have been a fake email. I will update when I found out. Don't let me down Otis. OK. It was a real email. 5 stars.
I live in the Sea Mar clinic and housing complex at 7803 Northeast Fourth plain boulevard. I have been through cancer and open heart surgery and live on the 4th floor and was forced to walk up four floors. The gentleman who came and fixed the elevators really is a lifesaver. And he did it in a timely fashion which help myself and others tremendously Thank you so much
Otis and their techs have some of the WORST customer service and HORRENDOUS work ethic (Oregon/pdx) in any industry I've ever witnessed. If a elevator needs service and they DO show up they let no one on property know that they're here and then do their "repairs" and LEAVE without letting anyone on property know if or what repairs have been done.
