Otis and their techs have some of the WORST customer service and HORRENDOUS work ethic (Oregon/pdx) in any industry I've ever witnessed. If a elevator needs service and they DO show up they let no one on property know that they're here and then do their "repairs" and LEAVE without letting anyone on property know if or what repairs have been done. I have been working with Otis for years, but in the last few years I can't say enough bad about their response time, customer service, and inability to complete repairs in the office buildings I manage. I have different reps for each building and they suck! They don't know what is going on and, either they don't care AT ALL or they are given no power to do anything to assist. Trying to get something done is like screaming at a brick wall.
