I live in the Sea Mar clinic and housing complex at 7803 Northeast Fourth plain boulevard. I have been through cancer and open heart surgery and live on the 4th floor and was forced to walk up four floors. The gentleman who came and fixed the elevators really is a lifesaver. And he did it in a timely fashion which help myself and others tremendously Thank you so much

Otis and their techs have some of the WORST customer service and HORRENDOUS work ethic (Oregon/pdx) in any industry I've ever witnessed. If a elevator needs service and they DO show up they let no one on property know that they're here and then do their "repairs" and LEAVE without letting anyone on property know if or what repairs have been done. We just have to assume its been fixed. And of course LIKE CLOCK WORK the elevator malfunctions and goes OUT AGAIN and the cycle repeats itself. Oh and they'll show up for "routine m... read more

I have been working with Otis for years, but in the last few years I can't say enough bad about their response time, customer service, and inability to complete repairs in the office buildings I manage. I have different reps for each building and they suck! They don't know what is going on and, either they don't care AT ALL or they are given no power to do anything to assist. Trying to get something done is like screaming at a brick wall.
