OTIS has yet to uphold their charge, from the Mayor and City Council, to update Spruce & Pine Streets with “No Stopping” signs in accord with the Philadelphia legislation change that took IMMEDIATE EFFECT on November 13, 2024, due to the City of Philadelphia’s intent to protect the safety and general welfare of bicyclists .
