Multiple menus. No dress code. Absolutely great staff!!!!!!Been here x3 times. The Grilled Octopus reminded me of home!
Super good idk why people say it’s bad???
Genuinely inedible, Otilia’s is 3/3 on a poor dining experience. Empty restaurant and we still received horrible service. Food was cold and has gone downhill. The steak was gray and two levels over cooked. My partner got a cheese burger. These simple menu items can’t even be done correctly
