My mother came to this hospital for help with a copd exacerbation on 9/12. She was held in the ER and had tests run on her. They gave her 1 liter of fluids and put her on oxygen. That was the extent of the help they gave someone whose oxygen was satting in the 40s. They pretty much washed their hands of her and tried to pawn her off to a larger hospital in the district. My son was brought into the er with broken back and femur he was in screaming pain all the ladies on 4th of July drug my son around dropped his left leg where the brake was had no care in the world about his pain or if the wrong move would paralyze him my son finally felt safe after the helicopter dr were there after they arrived he was in good hands them girls working the ER 2026 July 4th needs better training they could’ve made some life changing issues with the way they handled my son
Amending the review, I was told at ER L&I covers the bill. My internal company communication it's also handled by L&I and clinic/hospital processes billing them. So why do I have a big bill instead? Because the facing entity for L&I claims didn't answer the phone apparently? I don't get to not keep trying to contact billing, departments, or similar just because of not answering. Do not come here AT ALL!!!!! THE worst experience I’ve ever had bad malpractice please avoid this hospital and drive the extra mile to a another hospital where they would give you the proper care
Don’t come here unless you want to pass. My father was taken to this ER via ambulance after he fell unconscious at work. They ran test, CT scan and whatever their protocol is. I was on the phone with my mother & was over hearing how the RN was speaking to my father, mind you he had confusion & could not comprehend very well at the time.
