Dr Otero himself is a great doctor... the office on the other hand is horrible. You will be waiting hours upon hours upon hours just to be seen. The worst part is this is WITH an apportionment. It is unfortunate that after so many years with this doctor i have to seek care somewhere else. My last visit i waited over 4hrs for a woman's yearly exam and still had not been seen. I walked out and don't plan to return unless they can fix their scheduling. If you have time to waste go here.
Dr. Otero is a wonderful doctor he is very nice and understanding. He explains everything n takes his time. He has never been rude or left me with any questions.
