The young lady who helped me was fantastic. She kept making sure I was ok, if I needed anything. When rinsing my hair she stood on one side then moved to the other side. She offered options they could do to my hair. It was a great experience.
Instructer let the person just leave gaps between my black hair and the color put in. Looked very unprofessional and cost way too much for a screw up $60+. Now I cant afford to fix it and I'm so self conscious of my hair I'm wearing a beanie in 70 degree weather. I will never go back or recommend going here unless you want a simple service done.
Friendly students and staff. Abigail D. Was the student I worked with she's very thorough and helpful and all the techniques she showed me in the styling process of my hair. She was such a delight to work with, and she did such an excellent job in teaching me how to take care of the curly hairi have! Thanks Otech for creating a quality professional!
