HORRIBLE SERVICE! The guy checking us in was super rude, unprofessional, and condescending. We rented a pontoon for 8hrs and due to the weather we decided to turn back within 3hrs. We were still charged for the full 8hrs and $30 for a full gas of tank. The guy told us to call him once we saw the sign so he can help us dock. We called, no answer and then reprimanded us for not calling. We are regular boat renters and we will NEVER rent from this place again.

I would like to express my utmost appreciation and gratitude to these individuals! They have truly been remarkable in every way. In order to secure our Bachelor and Bachelorette party, we made our booking several months in advance, as they are in high demand. Throughout the process, their communication has been exceptional, especially considering the abundance of rain we experienced.
