Excellent! They fixed my daughter's iPhone while we waited. Very knowledgeable & competent!!
Stopped by today to check on the items i brought in 10 days ago. Stood there for 20 minutes and no one came out {2pm}. I called the number and let it ring forever with no answer. I expect things won't get much better from this point on.

I went there for the repair of my daughter's iPad and had an excellent experience. The serviceman was very pleasant and fixed her iPad right away. It was also very convenient as it is located by the food court in the mall. I would certainly trust OTC to fix my broken items again. Thank You For your Service!

AWFUL!!! I went in for a droid mini screen repair 3 weeks ago. They quoted me $120 and I put in a $60 down payment. The guy said he would order the part and give me a call when it's in. I called 3 weeks later (today) wondering what the wait was for my part....I learned that my part wasn't even ORDERED!!! Then, they want to offer me a $30 discount. haha funny. Why would I trust you to repair my screen when you can't even do your job and order the part. Needless to say I am waiting for my $60 refund.
Horrible!! I took my sons ipad to get a screen replaced, it came back with the back cover completely, ruined in all four corners, there were shard edges that could easily cut a person, when inquired I was told he didn't have the right tools, said he had to bend the corners back so the screen would sit flat. Well I sent an email asking to speak to the owner...NO REPLY. I am so disappointed and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go there for ANYTHING!!!
Horrible service. Took way longer then quoted to get parts. Then brought phone in to get a speaker put in...THATS IT....and the worker fried my phone and now its 100% shot....just a terrible experience over all. i would not suggest this place to anyone!
