My kids' speed, quickness, and confidence have improved significantly since training at EFS. EFS tailored their programs to the specific sports they play, one focused on basketball and the other on softball. The training incorporates movement, mechanics, and skills that are important to each of those sports.

EFS is a very unpleasant company they continuously lie about results and the different types of training they do, when in reality it's only one training program. The owner Chris Morton makes extremely racist comments and was completely utterly shocked when he would make these type of comments in front of children who are under the age of 12 while training them. There are much better facilities to train in for a much better price and will not have to worry about ignorant comments in front of my children
