Workers are completely unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate. You would think the workers being in full uniform and in company cars/trucks, they would act professionally in a public place. My family and I were trying to have lunch in a restaurant and about 6 of your workers were across from us having a conversation, excessively using profanity. Think twice... Read this & consider if this is would be acceptable for your needs. Purchased a forklift on 6/15. To start the unit was "in stock" was not actually delivered until 7/15 multiple calls & emails chasing them for communication & answers. That should have been enough of a warning. On 8/17 we reached out to them for assistance as a starter bolt fell completely out of the unit making it unusable. A tech did not arrive to resolve this issue until 8/25. they have the worst aggressive drivers who use their commercial trucks to fight and block the way on the freeway. 12/2 125 & 8 around 2:40 pm Truck D-29 I have video from my dash cam
