Very disappointing experience at San Ysidro Health’s Third Avenue location. Their portal automatically added a 1:40 p.m. check-in and 2:15 p.m. appointment to my calendar, but when I arrived, the front desk said my appointment had actually been at 1:55 p.m. I showed them the portal-generated calendar entry. After speaking with the clinical staff, an employee offered me a 2:55 appointment. I gladly accepted and said I would wait as long as necessary.
