Went to Otani's for Valentine's Day. Asked for extra chicken and did not receive it. I expect my order to be wrong at McDonald's, not when I am paying $80 for a meal for 2.
Great family restaurant with fantastic staff. Had a ball & we're very welcoming. Enthusiastic chef was great fun & food was fab. Can't wait to go again on our next trip across the Pond
