Great Box with a great staff. The Crossfit programming is really accurate and their facilities are fantastic. All the coaches are truly prepared and committed to their job. The gym is also really good. I spent some great times there!
They are just amazing! For the first time in my life I really enjoy working out :D

I am usually not one to "Like" things, but how much fun and professional the trainers are, I will "Like" OTAC Cross-Fit. I am a beginner, and encourage others who do not know what they are doing to come check this out.
