Cannot say enough positive things about OTA’s trainers and what they have done for both our kids over the last few years! If they put in the work, they will see results! Both of our kids train year round and it’s helped tremendously in their athletic ability and preventing injuries! As a former college athlete, I wish I had a place like this growing up to prepare me!
OTA is a great facility, with top of the line training and coaches. People who genuinely care about the person, not just the athlete. If you are interested in developing off the field or court, this is the place to be
