Working with Jordon online at OTA has been a total game changer! The programming is fire and the numbers are there to prove it. All of my performance metrics continue to improve and it shows up on the field. I am a semi-pro soccer player and want to stay active in my life and he has helped me feel amazing! I love having direct access to Jordon for questions and accountability. I truly believe in OTA and recommend it to all of my athletes and clients.
I have been training with coach Jordan Haslem and he so amazing never met but coaching online helped me in strengthen my body and improved my performance over 1 year training .. in addition, their training program is well structured to help athletes for a better performance in strength and conditioning along with their follow up calls and making sure things are on track
Coach Mike and OTA have been amazing! We’ve been training our 14U travel softball team at OTA since last fall and couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere, culture, and precise instruction have made a real difference. Our girls are stronger, faster, and playing with more grit every day!
Trainer Mike Koprowski brought me to OTA to focus on sport-specific training. He’s the reason I’m still able to play at a high level as I’ve entered my 40’s and I make sure to tell anyone who asks. Seeing what he can do with an aging athlete and the reputation OTA has with players up to the pros, we introduced him to the volleyball club (South St Pete Storm) where I coach.
