Very un happy.. the had to do two arms due to guy was having trouble getting blood .my daughter was so unhappy with this place ...will not go back
stopped to shedule some therapy for my knee and the girl at the desk was very confused like she didnt know what to do. The way she acted i thought they were booked so i said i wasnt in a hurry im not getting my knee replaced till april or 2026 and its only 12/25. So if she wanted to shedule in 1/25 id be good with that. well that cofused her more and she asked me to come back in 2025 well the point of me stopping was to shedule my therapy. She just didnt get it Duh! i left on to a more professional.
Quick easy place for labs, scans, xrays etc, really nice people!!
There is nothing urgent or caring about this place. You would be better off going to Well Now in Cicero instead of making an appointment for a "spot in line" not you know.. an ACTUAL appointment. My sister waited 3 hours to be shoved into a room with no niceties and yelled at for being too loud when she was in pain and frustrated with the lack of care. These people make the emergency room look like a speedy trip.
