The monthly rates are kept secret; nobody ever answers the phone; the voicemail recording is for a different apartment complex; etc. If it is this difficult to talk to someone and get basic details, imagine how difficult they must be to deal with if you lived there. Property management is either inefficient or clueless (neither of which are acceptable).

Checked their website for aparentment prices and their website says "call for pricing." Just called and the lady who answered wouldn't tell me the price for a one bedroom apartment. She said that since I was not planning on moving until summer I don't need to know the price now. She said she had no idea what the price is because she's not the owner but guessed the price for a one bedroom is around $1200/month. Not very professional or helpful in any way.
