Arlene is at the Phoenix site and causes so much drama; lying pitting elder people against each other.she allows people in the kitchen with no gloves or hair nets (Alice). She calls people lairs degrade people , she is very unprofessional.She keeps the animosity high in that program and as elderly people we should not be around that kind of stress that she brings and she’s the manager.
