Terrible customer service and experience not worth it.
Horrible service.
I just came here yesterday. Have been coming in here per years. I was reading some of the reviews, guys this is a Jewelry store it’s not a 99 cents store so he sells, also he charges you for his knowledge, he knows what he’s doing. So don’t complain. He has experience I always come to him whenever I need something to be fixed. Prices are reasonable again he charges you for what he knows. I give 5 stars and more. God bless you all.
I do not recommend this place; the service is poor, and the owner charges inflated prices. I had my watch strap replaced, and he charged me $25 for a poor-quality strap. He fixed the watch in the back rather than in front of me, which I didn't like.
