Don’t waste your money. She has no idea what she’s doing. She compared our home to a home that’s not even comparable and undervalued it by at least $50,000.
Don’t waste your money. She has no idea what she’s doing. She compared our home to a home that’s not even comparable and undervalued it by at least $50,000.
Terrible at her job. She used home comparison that were not even comparable and undervalued it by 30,000.00 at least. Lazy. Didn't do the actual work.
She undervalued my home by at least 40,000! 2 other properties sold in the last month for 247,000 with an unfinished basement and 295,000 with no walk out. Mine is a walk out fully finished basement and my home was all remodeled 11 years ago. She valued mine at 204,000! The house across the the street is for sale at 262,000 and is dated!
