Poor finishings, especially the walls and ceilings, they look like a pitted mess at best, thoughout the house. No follow up service. Lots of other issues to many to name in this post. Still unfinished aspects of the house that are in the contract and this is after 8 months plus. Not a happy customer. I'd advise against Oswald from our experience with them. We are delighted with our new Oswald Home. The design, quality of the build, workmanship and overall finish is second to none. The ability to build a home to suit our personal needs and wishes was a priority. Our design brief was thoughtfully considered. The end result is a beautiful home that we plan to live in and enjoy for many years to come. We highly recommend an Oswald Homes build. Alison and John Thorpe
Top quality builder who give you all the facts before signing so you know where your costs will be! Super nice and friendly staff who are great to deal with, Marek is a superstar!
I am 100% not the easiest client, but Marek was able to quickly nail down what we were after. Oswald's architect Michal then took my disjointed ideas and put them together into a wonderful design. Kestryn has been completely unflappable and has added the style and mood I wanted but couldn't articulate. Tony has answered all of my (endless) questions. All of the on-site team have been friendly and made us feel part of our build. Thank you team for giving us a home (nearly!) that we can't wait to move into.
