The staff was friendly and efficient and Doctor Osvaldo Gonzalez was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received. If you're looking for a reputable, compassionate, friendly and professional look no further than him. A huge thank you to my doctor. You are such a kind, caring person.
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Gonzalez was unprofessional and had zero empathy. He showed up 20 minutes late to my virtual appointment with no apology, used language such as “fat” “stop eating donuts and soda” to refer about myself without even asking about my eating habits. As a medical provider myself, it makes me sad that a doctor will talk to a patient in those terms. I DO NOT recommend seeing this doctor.
