Dr. Daniel back in their "pharmacy" department is brilliant! We moved into our home 15 years ago and we have this cherry tree. For the first 10 years we didn't even know it was a fruit tree period till it got flowers for the first time. We had not seen a single cherry on the tree ever! Daniel Told us that we were probably lacking some sort of chemical in our soil but that we had too much alkili. Osuna is wonderful with customer service. Resolved a conflict and appreciate the care that was taken. I love the plants in the nursery and there are so many knowledgeable people there, I was praying the conflict would be resolved so i could continue purchasing plants and odds and ends there.
My husband and I were there yesterday for the first time. We were both very impressed not only with quality & condition of thier plants, but also with the friendly staff. So much so, we are going back today! So yes, I would say it was a good experience
