I had several visits at this clinic. One issue I experienced was that some doctors didn’t seem to fully understand my concerns, and I often had to repeat the same explanation multiple times. Communication sometimes felt difficult. I also felt that the technical adjustments during my visit were not very precise. The overall attitude from some staff seemed impatient at times. That said, the clinic is affordable and accessible for students, which is the main reason I continue coming here.
I was assigned 4 different dental students (was told I would have the same the entire time), half don’t know what they’re doing.. there’s no oversight by instructors/actual dentists (was told there would be). Then when I spoke up/complained about how unorganized, didn’t keep their word on anything… I got a voicemail saying I was dismissed from the practice. After they pulled like six teeth, used all my insurance money then dismissed me like they couldn’t care less. Pathetic. I’m considering legal action.
