What a disaster slow experience. I am trying to get an appt. My derm faxed over referral as asked. So I called to try to schedule the next day. They said that it takes 5 days after a fax is received to them to input my data into their system and that I should try back in a full week. This is not an optimal technology enabled experience it could be way better. Time to join the 21st century people.
