if I could give a 0, I would. I waited 6 months for an appt after a referral from my Primary care. I talked to the student/fellow for 30+ min describing ongoing symptoms/issues (hair loss, voice changes, terrible radiating joint pain from hips to my ankles, stiffness, brain fog, cognitive issues, cold intolerance, dizzy spells, mouth ulcers etc), the “Dr” came in for NO more than 5 min and tells me there is no way I have ANY kind of autoimmune issue because of the ana titer pattern on my labs & that “well fatigue isn’t that ... read more

i have been going here going on 6 months now. the staff are so rude and invalidating, the doctor will tell you to call if you need and when you do the staff tells you he’s not available for 4 months out. when you present with autoimmune flare up all they can tell you is to go visit your PCP. the front desk acts like they have a doctorate, if i wasn’t referred here i would have never picked it, and i surely don’t reccomend it to anyone who wants to feel better . i’m only not using my real name because i don’t want them to tre... read more

I am chronically ill, and have been for years. One doc says I need testing, points me in the direction to get X-rays. I get X-rays, and doc says she thinks I have fibro in addition to my undiagnosed autoimmune disorder(yet didn’t diagnose) and said nobody at OSU treats it, and sends me to ANOTHER OSU DOC. Why would I continue to go to OSU if you flat out tell me you can’t help me and don’t have any information to a doctor that can? I have the body of an old lady and you guys are just pointing fingers at eachother and shruggi... read more

My daughter is a student at OSU. She also suffers from juvenile fibromyalgia syndrome. Her awesome rheumatologist at Cinci Children’s told us that there should be a rheumatologist at OSU that could take over her care. This was definitely not the case as my daughter was told by staff after getting the run around for over a week that fibromyalgia isn’t considered a rheumatological condition and that none of the doctors would be able to assume her care. What a joke.

I had a horrible dr elsewhere and a coworker told me about fellow Dr. Jensen! I was in awe! I have never been treated this well by a Dr. Every 2 years I get a new Rheumatologist fellow and each one has not disappointed! Dr. Whistler, who comes in to verify that the fellows are correctly treating the patients. He, too, is a respectable man! I highly recommend going here for all your Rheumatoid Arthritis needs!
