Lab staffs have terrible attitude. Never come back!
the Nurse Practitioner here is AWFUL. Went in for ear pain/ swelling in my neck and she took 10 seconds to just look in my ears, & told me to go to an ENT. I get that this is something a specialist should see but given the severe pain i was in she could have been much more understanding. She is extremely dismissive - wish i would have gone somewhere else.
Waste of time! I was told this was an urgent care, only to hear they can’t do any lab work, Imaging, Or any other testing. I was told I could go to another OSU urgent care down the street. Seriously?
