I don't normally leave ratings because I don't like to cause waves, but I feel I must speak out about this because it did a number on me, both mentally and with my health. I had seen Tonda Silverio in the Gahanna office as my primary for several years, and for the first while everything was fine. All the members of my family have been patients at this practice for 31 years. They are the kindest, most knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating physicians and staff. Since moving to Knox County four years ago, we have chosen to drive an hour and 15 minutes one way to receive care here instead of finding a new practice nearer to where we live. They are like family.
I'm very pleased with the medical staff, but due to a lack of competence on behalf of the billing department (a simple matter that has been ongoing for 4 months and is still not resolved), I will not be returning and will seek another physician. What a shame that bureaucracy can ruin healthcare.
