This place is horrible. The men ALWAYS hurt you and are way too aggressive, not to mention unprofessional and always cussing when dropping something or when messing up. Dr. Kepler was his name. Now that’s just the beginning. Now I was supposed to get my braces off 4 weeks ago, but they scheduled me 6 weeks out. So I was supposed to get them off tomorrow, and the lady calls and cancels my appointment THE DAY BEFORE saying she has to go out of town and forgot. The day before?? I went for an evaluation and asked for a quote which could not be given on the day of my appointment as with most dentist. Then the doctor said I needed another appointment for him to even provide it. They were not up to date on my insurance and what was covered and could not provide information as to cost. They are behind the times in terms of ease of records transfers to other dentist. I had one x-ray and had other appointments within the next few weeks.
