What a wonderful experience! Start to finish - the office returned my call which I did not expect - I thought I would need to call continuously! The office staff was so wonderful, informative & helpful! We were so very anxious - Gotta Love The OSU Dentistry program! The professional who assisted my daughter is a shining star in the dentistry field! I will not share her name now because everyone will want to have her as their dentist! The procedure was successful & the follow up warmed my heart! 🥰. Many Thanks again!💖
Was eight in line today and they sent me home with an impacted wisdom tooth with zero meds after walking me up for surgery saying all the spots have filled up, told me to call my dentist and see if he can get me in anywhere else, because (as I learned from complaining to an administrator) they have meeting scheduled for later today. So much for the hypocritical oath, huh? OSU Students are always great to engage with, but I OSU med is getting worse and worse interns of customer care and they do not GAF about pain management. ... read more
