Dr. Kasey saved my little Lincoln when he had complications from a previous surgery at a different vet. If she didn’t see him after hours on a Sunday, my little love wouldn’t be here today. He made a complete recovery, and the pricing was VERY reasonable, in fact, I thought she was selling herself short charging me that much when she did so much for my baby. You can tell they really care about animals here and my baby now has a vet for life!❤️

Sara was amazing with our newly adopted rescues! From the ladies up front to the care we received we are very pleased.

Old school, no BS, knows his stuff. Really appreciate not paying for frills, while still getting quality care. Very helpful with my blind gelding. Will definitely be a client for all future needs as well.

I am so disappointed in the way I was “greeted” if that’s what you call it today by the blonde at Dr Brocks office. Mind you we are from Lamesa and have always been pleased with Dr Brocks office. I was asked to come later than first asked as they were running behind schedule. So I was asked to come at 5:30 rather than 4:30. I did just that. I called and knocked and knocked before then being greeted in such a rude ugly manner. Not even a hello... she said DO YOU NEED SOMETHING - is there something that you need?? We are close... read more

Business response:

I feel your pain. I have been to dr offices and felt the same amount of neglect and aggravation. I’m sorri it happened to you at our place but I also have worked all day outside in 100 degree heat and with a lot of people that are grumpy and know how hard it can be to keep my composure. I know the people that you are angry at and I can tell you that they are good, moral, caring people that were having a stressful and hard day. Please have some mercy on them like you would hope for if you had a bad day and acted out of charac... read more

I don't understand why if a patient that can't speak for themselves can't have someone there from their family with them. Governor Devine says it's up to the hospitals and the hospitals say it's up to the governor. Including this one! Every other hospital this patient has been in has been allowed a family member to be with them. This is nothing more than a power trip! Why don't you let someone in so they can speak for their loved one? If this was your loved one wouldn't you want the same thing. And isn't it one of your rules... read more
