Stephen and Nick came to fix a ceiling leak in my basement, which I believed was related to a toilet above that had been running on its own every 15 minutes. They cut an access hole in the basement ceiling and discovered that the tub spout was leaking. They replaced the tub spout and also changed the flapper gasket on the first-floor toilet. Called Ostroski when water heater stopped working on Friday. They were able to arrive early Monday morning and fixed the issue in an hour without incurring significant costs. Giving four stars because I received a call on Monday morning before they arrived saying they were going to bring a replacement water heater before they diagnosed the issue or discussed the matter with me - seems like this was some miscommunication on their part (water heater did not need replacement in the end).
