We hired Dan to do the plumbing for our new pool and fire pit this summer. Nice guy and priced well. Did the job to the bare minimum level and didn’t support at all past install. Our pool heater doesn’t run right due to the poor design of the piping, won’t come out and resolve it. He also made a huge mess inside our house and didn’t clean up, drilled a 2” hole through our outer wall and didn’t seal it up. I’m a renter. The owner has called Osborne Plumbing twice to service my apartment: 1st to unplug a washer drain pipe; 2nd to replace a toilet flush valve, a flapper and a toilet water hose connecter. Both visits the plumbers were friendly, kind, polite and very knowledgeable. Both plumbers easily and quickly corrected the plumbing issues. Great job Osborne Plumbing!!
