Jason did a great job! He explained things thoroughly and although the entire situation could not be resolved with out deeper structural work, he made the situation better. I am always appreciative of Ostrom!
Ostrom was able to schedule me in quickly which was greatly appreciated. Jeff the electrician was excellent. He had to problem solve several times to move a receptacle for a new stove. It was a difficult situation and I was afraid that I would have to return the new stove. He did a neat and clean job while informing me of options and costs each step of the process. I give Ostrom and Jeff 5 stars and wish it could be 10!
Aaron and Eli both were excellent. Answered our questions and gave us options on the new water heater. Highly recommend them.
