The technician, Ryan, did a great job diagnosing the problem we were having quickly and we were back to having AC in no time. He took his time and explained everything step by step. The communication leading up the appointment was amazing, too. Glad to be a customer.
Professional and a job well done
don't get fooled by free estimates as they require a 40 dollar fee just to come out unless you have a service agreement with them. Not a good way to run your business. Edit: there are going to give me a free estimate which is much appreciated.
Hot water heater went out on Labor Day of course, we thought we’d never get anyone to come that day and fix it. Called Ostrom and they had a technician in the area, they were here in no time and replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. Tyson was the technician, very nice guy and professional, he also had another guy with him, I can’t remember his name but very nice guy as well. They were lifesavers! I highly recommend Ostrom!!
