Ostrom was very accommodating and prompt to dispatch a technician for our leaking water heater. Seth, the technician, was very professional. He explained his work and the maintenance of the water heater very well. He made everything very simple for us. We would always recommend Ostrom to anyone and will continue using them in the future.
We had a complicated electrical issue. Jeffrey C came out today and did a lot of troubleshooting to solve our problem. He also provided some needed education about the issue we had. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We really appreciated his tenacity and kindness. We would definitely use him again!
We had a wonderful experience with Ryan P today. Ryan was at our house all day troubleshooting an airflow issue to a bedroom. Ryan tried multiple ideas and was finally able to get great air flow into the room. We have used Ostrom many times in the past 4 years. They are professional and experienced every time. This time was no different. My husband works from home on the third floor of our 104 year old house. When we moved here, he strung his computer cable along the floor and up the stairs from first to third. He used an available wire and ran new cable from the basement and got everything working. Unfortunately, something corrupted and he lost connection . Daniel and a young man named Issac came over to replace a toilet and a couple other repairs. They were friendly, efficient and didn’t leave a mess. I was very satisfied with everything associated with their visit. Their visit was quick, repairs were made on the same visit which was impressive! Their communication system was awesome. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them!
