Nathan and his associate Yamen were amazing and fixed our issue in under an hour! They were polite, professional, and gave us a thorough explanation on what went wrong, how they'd fix it, and how to prevent further issues in the future. I highly recommend them. Also it only cost us $300 which in my personal opinion is a great price for such exceptional service. Thank you Ostrom!
They were here fast and fixed the problem. I would recommend making sure to pay attention to details pipe wasn’t put back as was and wires were tangled, black rubber piece around the 2inch pipe going into the septic tank fell in the septic tank and was not replaced.
