Great work by Ostrom. Quick response and fast installation. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained the process. Very professional in all aspects.
The technician and his apprentice were both very polite. They gave us a description of what the procedure was going to be to replace our hot water heater. After they left, we discovered that something was not put back together with the access panel to the hot water heater. Ostrom stood behind their work and sent out additional people to fix the problem. Savannah in the office was a rockstar and made sure we were happy. I will use them again
