Sadly, we were in such a state of grief when choosing a law firm and should have chosen more wisely. We were tossed around to different lawyers and sadly disappointed. My only advice is to choose carefully and read the lawyers contract. Yes, money was received, but these lawyers took more than their fair share. When a lawyer makes a grieving parent feel the need to apologize to him ,it just shows that there is no empathy from this company .I would not recommend this firm
Claims to be a bad faith insurance attorney but if you don’t have injuries there isn’t enough money involved for them to care if you’re getting screwed over. Quick to call you if you file an inquiry and just as quick to cut you off if you’re not hurt. Filled out the contact form and stated that there were no physical injuries yet they had someone call to have me reiterate everything and waste 15 minutes to say Oh you weren’t hurt sorry we only specialize in people being hurt.
