Stay away. Improperly installed "25 year roof". Company claims they didn't do the work when we have receipts of it. Will be looking forward to posting these soon.
We had our roof done and had a great experience! Megan is extremely kind and responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend Ostrander!

June: The crew that came out to remove my gutter were polite and did a great job, but scheduling has been a nightmare. Three times I've been told a crew would come, but never showed up with no phone call. Now I'm left without a gutter with rain coming and another promise of help with no one answering or returning my calls. Super disappointed. Update as of June 13: Ostrander did return call my calls shortly after I posted this review. I spoke to the owner and he explained that they hire outside crews for gutter work. He offer... read more
