Over 20 visits and I still haven’t gotten any heat/ and or massage. Negative 17 stars out of 5. Will never come back. P.s. they won’t even put on the food network anymore. Just kidding, honestly just joking. These therapists are great. It’s crazy to see the progress from where I started to now. They’re always coming up with something new to work on, or have me do. It’s honestly the best therapy I’ve gotten in a few years give these ladies all your effort cause they give you theirs!
Knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff is there to get you back on your feet. They do a great job making you feel comfortable while they whip you back into shape.
I was referred by a friend to Ostranders for my PT and rehab. I was going to PT at another place. Was not happy with them. I am glad I switched to Ostranders. The staff is great!!! They take the time to make sure you are doing the excersises correctly and properly. They also make sure you are not sitting around doing nothing. You will get a good workout. Trust me.
They r the best. They really care about their patient
Great group of therapists. Don't expect an easy session: they have every minute of each hour worked out and I always leave fatigued and a little sore (good workout sore). My range of motion has improved dramatically in just a few visits.
I absolutely love love love everyone here! I've been for my back, and now my son goes for his arm. They always treat us awesome. My son (who is 11 and broke his arm horribly..and was somewhat traumatized) was scared but after being there 5 minutes, he looked at me and said "Mommy, I'm not scared anymore"! What more could a Mom ask for �
Yesterday was my last appointment at Physical Therapy for my back, unfortunately for me I have plateaued at a point where my back wasn't getting worse but at the same time isn't getting any better. So back to the drawing board with the spine fellow. A big shout out the the ladies at Ostrander Physical Therapy for all of your support and help in an attempt to help me get better.
