I can't recommend Aprille and her team at Ostert Physical Therapy highly enough. I've experienced intractable pain in my left foot, toe and ankle for six years following car accident. In that time, I've been to numerous MDs, had hundreds of physical therapy treatments, messages, and tried numerous medications. My short 2 months in PT @ Ostert with Paige showed marked improvement in my symptoms. My pain was diminished and my mobility increased. I also felt stronger. Paige was a delight to work with; listening, showing compassion and interest in making the exercises (somewhat) fun! I would highly recommend Ostert PT and especially Paige, to anyone with PT needs
Paige was truly wonderful; we worked on physical therapy for my back and knee, and she genuinely cared about my progress and the pain I was experiencing. Every week I visited, all the other physical therapists seemed just as delightful. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy or just to see some smiling faces.
Aprille was the only practitioner to fully examine my walking difficulties. She devised a personalized plan to improve my strength and balance while constantly tailoring the plan to my changing needs based on how my multiple sclerosis was presenting over time. Her expertise, encouragement, compassion, and patience helped me get back to hula hooping! Thank you, Aprille!
When I started with my PT, I couldn't bend over to tie my shoes. As of today, I am back at the gym, water aerobics, stationary bike, treadmill, you name it. After Aprille fixed my back with her magic touch, I then went onto the Shockwave treatments. I graduated today and I am one happy lady. I will recommend her and pass out hers cards to all friends... Paige was absolutely amazing working with my 15-year-old daughter. Ostert PT is amazing. Aprille has put togerher an excellent team. It is a great environnent, very supportive and positive.
Following foot surgery, I underwent a series of PT sessions with Aprille and Paige. Providing effective PT on a small area like a foot is challenging, but they both rose to the situation and took me through a number of exercises which are proving excellent in rehabilitating my foot. I now have these exercises in my arsenal to keep using going forward with my healing. My appreciation to them both.
Love this place! I have received treatment from both Aprille (owner) and Kirstin - and both are amazing! They listen to what you have to say and make sure you are performing your PT exercises safely and correctly! Whilst I hope I never have to see them!, I know when I do, I’m in good hands!
