Following foot surgery, I underwent a series of PT sessions with Aprille and Paige. Providing effective PT on a small area like a foot is challenging, but they both rose to the situation and took me through a number of exercises which are proving excellent in rehabilitating my foot. I now have these exercises in my arsenal to keep using going forward with my healing. My appreciation to them both.
Love this place! I have received treatment from both Aprille (owner) and Kirstin - and both are amazing! They listen to what you have to say and make sure you are performing your PT exercises safely and correctly! Whilst I hope I never have to see them!, I know when I do, I’m in good hands!
April knows what she is doing—she helped me understand what was going on with my hips and gave me exercises to deal with any pain issues going forward after our sessions ended—I have recommended her to a number of my friends
Aprille is a skilled therapist who can identify to injury, work on solutions and leave you with how to help yourself. I am a LPGA Professional who was having back and hip discomfort that affected my mobility. She took her time to understand what I was experiencing and created a plan to better movement with a team approach to my recovery. Ostert PT is absolutely the best!! Wish I could give more stars!!!! I am so glad that I found Aprille and Kirsten in my quest to find a one-on-one PT who doesn’t see 2 or 3 patients at a time. The specialized program of exercises that was designed for my back and knee pain has been a godsend to my recovery! Aprille helped me recover from knee replacement surgery in very short order. She is very good at balancing how fast you want to recover with ensuring that you don’t overdo. She has a huge inventory of exercises so that they don’t become routine and address the current needs. Highly recommended.
Kirsten was wonderful. I went in with pain and after numerous sessions I no longer have any. She was very patient and taught me exercises that I can do easily at home. Between a cortisone injection and Kirsten I’m no longer dragging my leg. Would never go anywhere else !
Aprille is wonderful! I've been doing physical therapy off and on since 2001 due to back issues resulting in surgery. She, by far, has helped me feel physically better than I have in many years. She personalized a program specifically for my needs and provided suggestions for increasing my regiment, going forward, now that my insurance has cut me off. I've thoroughly enjoyed our chats during treatments, the facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
