Ostert PT is absolutely the best!! Wish I could give more stars!!!! I am so glad that I found Aprille and Kirsten in my quest to find a one-on-one PT who doesn’t see 2 or 3 patients at a time. The specialized program of exercises that was designed for my back and knee pain has been a godsend to my recovery! I highly recommend Ostert PT to anyone looking for a friendly, professional Physical Therapist who truly cares about you and your progress!!!
Aprille helped me recover from knee replacement surgery in very short order. She is very good at balancing how fast you want to recover with ensuring that you don’t overdo. She has a huge inventory of exercises so that they don’t become routine and address the current needs. Highly recommended.
Kirsten was wonderful. I went in with pain and after numerous sessions I no longer have any. She was very patient and taught me exercises that I can do easily at home. Between a cortisone injection and Kirsten I’m no longer dragging my leg. Would never go anywhere else !
Aprille is wonderful! I've been doing physical therapy off and on since 2001 due to back issues resulting in surgery. She, by far, has helped me feel physically better than I have in many years. She personalized a program specifically for my needs and provided suggestions for increasing my regiment, going forward, now that my insurance has cut me off. I've thoroughly enjoyed our chats during treatments, the facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Fantastic. Easy to book, friendly, professional. Does a great job getting you to your goals. Gives you a good amount of exercises to do between appointments.
So glad to have Aprille and her staff to work with after my shoulder surgery. Attentive, reassuring, and knowledgeable. It’s been over a month since I finished my therapy and I still do my exercises. Husband is having the same surgery and he is looking forward to the excellent care.

I went to Aprille for a shoulder problem. She was able to diagnose the issue and give me exercises to strengthen my shoulder. She took care to manipulate my shoulder and I am greatly improved. My appointments were always on time. I was given undivided attention. Aprille is a very capable Physical Therapist. I recommend Ostert Physical Therapy highly.
Aprille was excellent with my physical therapy. I was referred for an Achilles tendinitis and with her expert knowledge, she easily assisted with me with new exercises and hands on massage to get that better. As she helped with this, we moved up to lower back and shoulder. She week definitely be my go to if PT is needed in my future!
