I was enjoying the fresh bread with Parmesan and olive oil, and when I shook the Parmesan shaker, a LIVE black spider came out of the shaker onto my bread. The manager came out and gave a half hearted apology, assured us there "was no bug issue", even though he watched the spider crawl on my plate. Will never eat here again. I understand things happen, but there was no action taken by the manager and there was no sincerity on his part to help the situation. This place not only has amazing food it has a wonderful staff!! A definite place to go for amazing Italian food!!
The food is outstanding and the treatment we received from Mr Padilla was exceptional...we visit there often!
