We made reservations on Friday 9/4 for 3 people for outdoor seating at 8:15. This reservation was made early in the morning and confirmed. We get a call about 10 min before our dinner and said that the previous party was running long and that we could get indoor seating while we wait and they would put us in outdoor seating. We agreed and thought it would be fine. We bought a bottle of wine and had appetizers and after 40 min of waiting and tables outside open. We had a phenomenal experience and meal! We were greeted at the door, temperatures taken, menus downloaded to our phones and given safety guidelines. Once we were seated, our server suggested drinks based on our likes, we ordered an appetizer and the feasting began! Each course was better than the last! Next time I am in Seattle, Osteria La Spiga will be my first stop!

Authentic and delicious Italian food in a stunning location. I started with some piadina, gnocco fritto and prosciutto, all amazing. The piadina is a sort of flatbread topical of the Romagna region in Italy, and la Spiga's version is as authentic as it can be, perfect paired with prosciutto crudo and some cheese. The gnocco fritto is a deep fried dough, very light and airy, absolutely amazing, a must have if you visit.
