8/15/2025 I live in Virginia and ordered flowers for my aunt for her birthday through a third party and because of miscommunication the wrong arrangement was sent. I called Osterblock and the owner, Barbara, went above and beyond and made a new arrangement and had it delivered immediately. I really appreciate a business with integrity that makes sure the customer is happy. Both arrangements were beautiful and she will forever have my business.
