8/15/2025 I live in Virginia and ordered flowers for my aunt for her birthday through a third party and because of miscommunication the wrong arrangement was sent. I called Osterblock and the owner, Barbara, went above and beyond and made a new arrangement and had it delivered immediately. They took great care of me. Designed a BEAUTIFUL arrangement for me to lay on my Dad's grave. Ty for being a part of a touching moment.
I am beyond happy with the superior customer satisfaction of this florist. The warm greeting from making a call to letting me know she would personally deliver the flowers on her way home, to finding out it was the owner I was speaking to.... She went above and beyond after I have called a few other local florist. This purchase made me feel confident I was going to get something beautiful and delivered with care. She sent me a picture of the arrangement and I am not a new customer!
I needed a quick bouquet, so I ran in to Osterbrock, told them what I was looking for, and they had it ready in less than 15 minutes. Super friendly, incredible quality.
