I had benjermin hatper at osterbauer law firm for workers comp case, It was the worst experience I have had, Benjermin harper doesnt care about anything but his ego, I hired him and he never even sent the retainer letter to the work comp insurance company, The benjermin told me he was going to get medical and file right away, he never did after 1 year I told him file a settle letter, he called me gave me all the numbers for the case and said ithe demand letter was sent to workcomp attorney, He lied to me and never sent a set... read more

I was injured in a car accident in the fall of 2018. because I was also going through a very bitter divorce and struggling with a very deep depression I did not effectively pursue treatment for my injuries. Despite the fact, that I dropped the ball, and that the case became a very minor matter My lawyer at Osterbauer, always took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on, and each and every member of their staff was kind and respectful to me throughout. I could not think more highly of them.

Well where do i start i wanna say i absolutely love chia shes the best always there when i called or emailed her she stayed on top of all my questions and concerneds always kept me up to date on everything going on with my case i didnt talk much to my lawyer but i am satisfied 100 percent with everything he has done for me an my wc claim.....

Been on this case since April 2016 date of injury, originally had ben Harper representing my case took vacations all the time never returned phone calls, argued with owner joe osterbauer, then he referred me to Amanda that works in the firm got trial set for today n it got cancelled, I realize after Ben screwing around n more worried bout his personal life n pushing off court dates and Amanda picking up the pieces, n now this will get pushed out least another 3 months, this has been going on for 2 yrs. this firm is the most ... read more
