We used to use Oster and Wheeler for our personal tax returns for four years, but no longer do so. We did have income from some other states, but because we had no tax liability in those jurisdictions (neither living or working there), I had specifically instructed Belinda NOT to file returns in those states. They were filed nonetheless creating some lingering - and difficult to resolve - issues.
