I have been going to Osteostrong Tarzana for just under one year. I can definitely say my balance has improved. I can now do single leg RDLs. A new first for me!! My annual DEXA scan is due soon, so stay tuned!! Thank you to all the staff at Osteostrong! Update: I got a baseline DEXA October, 2021 then started at Osteostrong in Tarzana. I am a big fan of Osteostrong Tarzana. The spectrum machines and different modalities are all fantastic. I love the concept and it’s so easy to take 15-20 minutes out of my day once a week to see and feel the results. I am definitely getting stronger and stronger each time I go. I can’t wait to see what my next bone density scan will show! I also love the staff as they are super knowledgeable and helpful in reaching my goal :)

I love this place!. I enjoy coming here every week - even though I drive there from the Westside. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Nazy is so knowledgeable and I feel safe in her hands. The whole gang is super friendly and accommodating. Also, it’s clean and bright and a lovely atmosphere.
